Reading Next week the students will be participating in a shared research and writing project. They will be researching how books are brought to children in different countries.

Reading Logs Please continue to read and help your child record minutes in their reading log. Six Flags Logs are due by Friday, Feb 27th.

Language Arts

Grammar  Lessons will focus on antonyms and synonyms.

Spelling New words went home on Tuesday. Please make sure to keep them in a safe place so they can be used next week. An assessment will be given on Friday.

Gavin

Star Student of the Week Gavin was our star student of the week. When he is at school he likes math. When he is at home he likes to play hockey in his basement. Gavin is a star because he   scored 10 goals in hockey. When he grows up he would like to be a hockey player or a paramedic. Thanks for sharing Gavin!
